Job: Youth Development Professional

Our counselors are the most important component of our program. They are creative, energetic, mature, reliable, and know how to create and facilitate amazing activities and programs for youth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an environment that is both physically and emotionally safe for students
• Assist students with homework
• Responsible for the planning and execution of daily activities
• Provide supervision during daily activities
• Participate in themed days, group games, and activities
• Create and maintain fun for a wide variety of students
• Implement and support our Character Program

Early Childhood Education units and/or camp experience desired.

First Aid and CPR certifications are required and can be completed prior to employment.

Online applications will be reviewed and selected candidates will be chosen to take part in group and/or individual interviews.

Hours of operation:

After-school – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 2:55pm to 6:00pm

Wednesday (Early Out) – 1:30pm to 6:00pm

Minimum days – 12:30pm to 6:00pm
