After School Registration FAQ’s

1. How do I choose which days of the week I my child will attend?

Each day of the week is a “class” in the system. Choosing that class selects that day. If your days vary, just choose the correct number of classes per week and then you can adjust your days by informing the staff or sending and email.

2. How do I log into my Family Portal?

Click any link for Family Portal. Enter the email you used during registration and click the link “Forgot your password or need to get started”. Your password will be sent to that email. Use that information to log in.

3. What can I do in my Family Portal?

In the Family Portal you can add a new student, make a drop request, contact our staff, enroll in a class, update your information, view your schedule, make a payment, and view and print any past transactions.

5. When are payments due and how can I pay?

Payments are due on or before the first day of each month. The easiest way to make a payment is using your Family Portal. It’s open 24/7 and we accept all major credit cards. You can also mail us a check, or walk in with cash or a check on your first day.

6. I don’t attend the After-school Program, but I want to come during school breaks and attend special events.

All Vacation Camp days and special events are classes in the system as well. You can select them during registration or add them later through your Family Portal.
